| 摘 要： | 采用HNO3 和HCLO4混合酸微波解样品 ,电感耦合等离子体质谱 (ICP -MS)直接测定鼠肝中超痕量镧。对等离子体质谱测定条件进行了最佳化选择。选用铑 (Rh)无素作为内标 ,可补偿基体影响和仪器漂移。方法检出限为0 0 0 7ng/mL ,样品加标回收试验的回收为 96 %～ 10 3% ,相对标准偏差 (RSO)为1 8%～ 2 7%。

| Abstract: | s A microwave digestion ICP-MS method for direct determination of ultra-trace Lanthanum in rats liver was developed.Rapid and Complete dissolution of the rats liver was achieved with a mixture of nitric acid and perchloric acid by microwave digestion. The detection limit of Lanthanum is 0 007 ng/mL,the recoveries for spiking Samples are 96% to 103%,RSD are 1 8% to 2 7%,respectively. |
