摘    要:为满足以较经济的成本进行多种组分测量分析,对基于NDIR原理工作的测量仪器本研究通过设置不同谱带的滤光技术,解决了单光源单光路条件下多种不同气体对红外吸收谱带问题。此创新设计中的关键内容是红外光源发生装置的改进设计以及光源调制马达的定位,以解决其润滑挥发组分引起的对红外吸收的扰动;此外,将原固定的单个滤光片重新设计为可轮转的滤光器结构,实现在对红外光线进行调制的同时,展宽了具有针对性的红外吸收谱带,给出了样气中不同组分的红外吸收频段;找到了滤光器精密启动定位运行的新算法和控制技术,相应地也进行了硬件支撑平台的重新设计。

Abstract:Based on NDIR principle,formeeting withlowcost of measuring a variety of components, we set different band filter technology which use a single light source, to solve infrared absorption spectrum of different gases. The key content of this innovative design is the improved design of the infrared light source and is the positioning of the light source modulation motor, which will solve the disturbance of the infrared absorption caused by the lubricating volatile component.Besides that, we design the rotate filter structure instead of a single filterto realize themodulation of infrared light, which expandsthe infrared absorption spectrum of different components. We find a new algorithm and a control technique toaccuratelylocate and start the new filter, accordingly wealso redesign the hardware platform.
