| 摘 要： | 目的:测定不同企业益心酮分散片中荆素鼠李糖苷和牡荆素葡萄糖苷含量。方法:采用HPLC法,色谱柱为Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18(5μm,4.6×250mm),流动相四氢呋喃-甲醇-乙腈-乙酸-水(38∶3∶3∶4∶152);检测波长为330nm。结果:荆素鼠李糖苷在41.57~623.55ng(r=0.9998),牡荆素葡萄糖苷118.74~1781.1ng(0.9999)线性关系良好,加样回收率分别为98.22%和100.18%,RSD分别为0.83%和0.86%。结论:不同厂家益心酮分散片中牡荆素鼠李糖苷和牡荆素葡萄糖苷的含量差异较大(RSD:25.30%、19.15%),本方法可为益心酮分散片的质量控制提供依据。

| Abstract: | HPLC method was used for the determination.Separation was performed on Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18 chromatographic column(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),tetrahydrofuran-methanol-acetonitrile-water-acetic acid(38∶3∶3∶4∶152)was used as mobile phase.The wavelength was 330nm.The linear ranges of rhamnosylvitexin and vitexin-glucoside were 41.57-623.55ng(r=0.9998)and 118.74-1781.1ng(0.9999),the recoveries were 98.22%and 100.18%,the RSDs were 0.83%and 0.86%.The results showed that the contents of rhamnosylvitexin and vitexin-glucoside in Yixintong dispersible tablets produced by different manufactures were quite different(RSD:25.30%,19.15%).This method can be used for quality control of Yixintong dispersible tablets. |
