摘    要:定义了叶片使用振动可靠性和固有振动可靠性,分析了影响叶片疲劳强度和自振频率的环境因素,建立了影响因素指标体系,定义了疲劳强度影响系数和自振频率影响系数,构建了影响系数的数学表达式。建立了工作环境中叶片疲劳强度和自振频率计算模型以及叶片使用振动可靠性的模糊模型,并将其应用于某航空发动机叶片的振动可靠性计算。本研究扩展了叶片振动可靠性的研究领域。

Abstract:Operational vibration reliability and inherent vibration reliability are defined,work circumstances that affect the fatigue strength and self-vibration frequency of blades are analyzed,the influence coefficients of fatigue strength and self-vibration frequency are determined,and the index system of influence coefficients and their mathematical expressions are established.The model for calculating fatigue strength and self-vibration frequency of blades under work circumstances and the fuzzy model for blades′ operational vibration reliability are built and applied to the vibration reliability assessment of aero-engine blades.The result shows that it is feasible and can be applied to the vibration reliability calculation of the blades.The paper enlarges blade vibration reliability research fields.
