承载式车身结构的强度刚度及模态的有限元分析

摘    要:车身承载式结构可以减轻自重,降低车身的高度等,因而在轻型客车设计中得到越来越广泛的应用。本文介绍了承载车身强度、刚度和模态分析的方法。首先建立了轻型客车承载式车身的几何模型和有限元模型,对该车型的不同设计方案进行了计算分析和对比,得出了许多有意义的结果。所探讨的方法可以对结构静态和动态性能评价或优化,从而提高初始设计的可信度,缩短新产品定型的周期。

Abstract:A load-supporting autobody′s structure is widely used in minibuses owing to its light weight and lower gravity centre.The paper studies the strength,rigidity and modes of the structure by using FEA.Firstly the autobody′s geometric and FE models are created;then calculation and analysis for improving its designs are carried out and many significant results are obtained.The methodology studied here can estimate and optimise the static and dynamic characteristics of the structure.Its initial design can be improved and more reliable so as to reduce a new product′s lead-time.
