摘    要:提出了一种基于普通算法进行推理的参数化设计方法。该方法引入了建立和管理参数化模型的新策略 ,通过扩展一般的图形数据结构统一表示几何约束 ,基于普通算法实现几何推理。在此基础上开发了面向对象的参数化设计系统 ,验证了此算法的有效性

Abstract:Parametric design is an effective tool for con ceptual design because of its powerful functions such as sketch design and dime nsional drive. We present a parametric design method based on geometric reasonin g.. Such a method is accomplished by a general algorithm. With a record of the c onstruction sequence, important information about the designer's intent is captu red. A new strategy of constructing and managing the parametric model is used in this method. It extends usual graphics data structure to describe geometric con straints. The geometric constraints are self-contained automatically without un der-constraints and over-constraints. Geometric reasoning is accomplished by a general algorithm instead of an expert system. An object-oriented parametric d esign system is then developed and the validity of the algorithm is verified by an example.
