| 摘 要： | 针对冲压毛坯排样设计中的各种工程约束 ,结合生产实际 ,提出了 Auto CAD环境下实用毛坯优化排样系统的总体框架 ,并对系统开发中的难点——图形处理与排样算法 ,提出了解决图形干涉问题的毛坯图形等距放大算法 ,对排样参数计算算法进行了改进 ,克服了传统“一步平移算法”的缺陷

| Abstract: | The optimization of blank layout is of great importance in the design of stamping die. Not only the reasonable algorithm for blank layout, but also the practical manufacturing should be fully considered in developing the optimization system. In this paper, according to various engineering constraints during blank layout, the general frame for a practical optimization system based on AutoCAD for blank layout is introduced. On the basis of discussing the key technologies during development, this paper proposed a new algorithm for shape offsetting with interference. Moreover, the existing limitations in the "one step transversal algorithm" for the calculation of layout parameters are discussed and revised. |
