摘    要:基于修补结构的本构关系,对一受损层合板的双面胶接修理问题进行分析。采用粘弹性和弹性有限元两种分析方法,并用相应的试验来验证两种方法所得的计算结果。通过分析得到了胶接参数对修补后的结构强度及胶层应力的影响,同时对比计算结果和试验结果,可以发现粘弹性分析比弹性分析更为准确。

Abstract:We first give the linear viscoelastic constitutive equation of adhesive film according to its characteristics.Then we analyze the strength of the plate with a hole repaired with composite patches which has different diameters,thicknesses,and stress of the adhesive film.Comparing the computational results of viscoelasticity and elasticity with the experimental results,we find that the result of viscoelastic analysis is more accurate than that of elastic analysis.The results also show that increasing the diameter and thickness of the patches can improve their structural strength and that the repair effect is best when their diameter is 2 to 3 times the whole diameter and their thickness is 50%~60% of the plate′s thickness.
