摘    要:摩擦焊输入功率的实时检测是深入分析摩擦焊过程能量传输的基础,是实现摩擦焊能量控制的首要前提条件.本研究采用高品质的微机检测系统,实现了对连续驱动摩擦焊输入功率的快速、准确的实时检测,分析了摩擦焊过程输入功率的变化规律,为深入研究摩擦焊的物理机制及实时控制奠定了基础.

Abstract:Input power real-time monitoring of friction welding is the base of analysing energy transmission incourcs of friction welding in a penetrating way It's a prerequisite for realizing energy control of friction welding. The study has realized high-speed and accurate real-time monitoring of continuous-drive friction weldingand analysed yaring laws Of input power by adopting a super-quality computer monitoring system. This studyhas layed a foundation for studying physics mapanjsm and real-time monitoring of friction welding.
