基于并行工程的制造系统问题求解模型

从制造系统问题的特性出发，充分考虑制造系统内部不同层次、不同阶段所产生问题之间的联系，提出了一种基于并行工程的问题求解模型；并综合使用了黑板、子问题求解器和冲突以及消解器等结构，将实现上述模型的各个功能统一在问题求解网络内。这样不但可以快速有效地得到问题的解，而且可以最大限度地利用工厂的资源、设备，并缩短产品制造周期，提高整个系统的效率。

Resolution Models for ManufacturingSystem Problems Based onConcurrent Engineering

A new problem resolving model based on concurrent engineering(CE) is proposed in this paper. This model fully takes account of the characteristics and features of problems and their relations to one another in different hierarchies and different stages of the manufacturing system. Our model provides support to bring together a blackboard architecture, sub problems resolving and conflict resolution architecture. Each function module is integrated ioto a problem resolving network. This model can prompt problems resolving, makes best use of resources in plants, and herefrom leads to cost reducement and lessens production cycle.
