渐开线型面专用数控加工系统的开发

摘    要:介绍了涡旋式空气压缩机涡盘渐开线型面加工专用数控系统,并研究了专用数控系统的硬件结构,以及运用系统工程的思想对其软件进行开发的方法。该数控系统经实际生产运行证明其加工精度和工作可靠性均较高,为我们在专用数控系统软件的开发方面提供了一定的经验。

Abstract:A CNC system for scroll plate's manufacturing is described in this paper. By analyzing the hardware struct of the system, and according to the principle of manutacturing scroll plate with the method of generating, the form of three dimension control is applied to this system, and with the positon feedback elements, the closed loop control system for two dimension interpolating is realized as well. The idea that develops the system software for a special CNC system in the view of system engineering is proposed in this paper, so it is emphasiaed that the system software design should be based on the system function design, and in light of this thought, the method of designing software of scroll plate CNC system is discussed here. On the basis of introduction to the system NC program code, a practical example of maching scroll plate and machining program is put forward. By collecting the breakdowns of the system sofware in tractical production, the reliability of software is analyzed statistically, and a satisfied conclusion is obtained. This system has been porved to have high machining accuracy and high production efficiency in mass production.
