虚拟环境下制造资源的数字化模式表达与控制

虚拟制造是在数字化制造资源构成的虚拟环境中 ,在过程模型的驱动下 ,设备模型对产品模型进行的加工过程仿真。设备的数字化模型是构成虚拟环境的重要组成部分。本文提出了能够表达物理设备功能特性及其形状特性的虚拟设备模型 ;对设备几何进行了层次化、模块化分解 ,研究了虚拟控制器的描述与实现方法 ;利用面向对象方法实现了虚拟设备模型 ,该模型可以表达物理设备的基本功能

A Digital Model for Manufacturing Resources in Virtual Environment

Virtual manufacturing(VM) is model driven production process simulation in the virtual environment. The digital resource models are important components in the environment. The virtual equipment model, which is composed of virtual controller and geometrical model have been presented. The virtual controller is essential to describing function attributes of real equipment, and so the geometrical model to shape attributes. Decomposing the geometrical model hierarchically and using the object oriented method, the behavior of virtual equipment can be driven by user defined function. An example of digital equipment was given.
