基于DSP2812的磁悬浮轴承位移检测控制系统设计

摘    要:针对磁悬浮轴承系统位移检测的特点,设计了一套以TMS320F2812 DSP为核心的磁悬浮轴承位移检测控制系统.详细介绍了电涡流位移传感器的工作原理,设计了磁悬浮轴承系统的数字控制器、位移信号调理电路等相关硬件电路,并对所设计的位移检测数字控制系统进行了软件实现,给出了主程序和中断子程序流程图,最后,对所设计的磁悬浮轴承位移检测数字控制系统进行了试验验证.
