摘    要:采用有限元法,借助ANSYS软件和自编子程序计算出了一定载荷下静压轴承流场的速度分布、压力分布及油膜的承载能力,得出了该载荷下保持液体摩擦状态所需的油腔供油压力,并根据计算结果设计了静压轴承的供油系统,经实用和跟踪测试证明,该系统工作良好。

Abstract:With the help of ANSYS software and relational subroutine, the velocity distribution, pressure distribution of the fluid fields and the loading capacity of the oil films have been calculated under some load, the pressure in oil cavity is obtained under the loads for keeping EHL. Finally,the supply oil system of the hydrostatic bearing is designed, proving that the system operation is nice by practicet.
