摘    要:以某风电机组变桨距系统为研究对象,介绍了变桨距所需驱动功率的简化计算方法。在变桨距力矩的计算中,忽略了桨叶绕其纵轴变桨产生的惯性力矩、桨叶重心偏离纵轴产生的力矩和弹性变形引起的力矩,仅考虑了桨叶离心力产生的变桨阻力矩、作用在桨叶上的空气动力变桨阻力矩和运动副摩擦阻力矩。该简化计算方法可以为变桨距驱动部件的选型提供参考。

Abstract:Taking the variable-pitch system of wind turbines as a research object,a simplified calculation method is introduced for variable-pitch drive power.In the variable-pitch torque calculation,the torque of inertia generated by blade pitch around its vertical axis,the torque generated by center deviation of gravity of blade from the vertical axis and the torque caused by elastic deformation are ignored,and only the resistance torque generated by centrifugal force of blade,the aerodynamic resistance torque and the friction resistance torque of motion pair are considered.This method can be used to provide reference for selection of variable-pitch drive components.
