MEMS惯导的加速寿命试验分析

摘    要:针对微机械惯性导航系统的储存寿命进行了加速寿命试验分析。介绍了MEMS惯导的特性及主要指标。依据加速寿命试验的基本理论,结合MEMS惯导中的关键器件特性,对加速应力、应力水平及加速模型进行了选取,制定了试验方案;同时,提出了该试验方案下威布尔分布数据的分析方法,从而可估算出产品的寿命。

Abstract:Aiming at the storage-life of MEMS Inertial Navigation System, the experiment on accelerated life is studied. The performances and primary indices of MEMS INS are introduced. Based on the principle of accelerated life testing and characteristics of the key components in MEMS INS,. the acceleration stress, the stress level and the acceleration model are designed, and then the test project is established. The theoretical analysis on the data in weibull distribution is also put forward, thus the life of productors can be estimated.
