智能卡微电流及逻辑特性测试系统研究

摘    要:针对ISO7816智能卡电气特性和逻辑特性检测原理,介绍了一种新型智能卡微电流及逻辑特性测试系统的设计方法。该系统主要由主控模块、数据采集、传输与存储模块、逻辑测试模块组成。智能卡管脚输入或输出电流通过电流到电压的转换,经过调理芯片,确保每路模拟信号准确可靠;数据采集与传输模块采用高速单片机,用24位高精度A/D进行数据采集,将采集到的数据实时存储到FLASH存储模块中,并通过串口将数据发送给上位机。测试结果表明,系统工作良好。

Abstract:In accordance with the testing theory of electrical specifications and logical characteristics of the ISO7816 smartcards, a new design method for testing the microcun'ent and logical characteristics of the smartcard system has been introduced. The system consists of main control module, data collection, data transmission, storage module and logical testing module. The smartcard~ base pins input or output the current through the transformation of current to voltage. Every route of the analog signal is reliable and accurate after adjusting the chip. Data collection and transmission module adopts the high-speed MCU. The 24-bits high accuracy A/D is used for data collection. And the collected data are stored in the FLASH storage module in real time. Then the data are sent to the upper computer through the COM interface. The test result shows the system works well.
