地铁列车牵引系统概述

摘    要:地铁列车牵引系统主要由以下设备构成:受电弓、高速断路器HSCB、VVVF牵引逆变器、牵引控制单元DCU、牵引电机、制动电阻和司控器。其中最为关键的就是牵引电机,它采用电动驱动,以满足车辆牵引和制动特性的要求;且列车电机型式一般采用结构简单、可靠性好、寿命长、几乎免维护的异步电机。

Abstract:Subway train traction system is mainly composed of the following equipment : pantograph, high-speed circuit breaker HSCB, VVVF traction inverter, traction control unit DCU, traction motor, braking resistor and the controller, in which the most critical part is the traction motor. It uses an electric drive to meet the requirements of traction and braking characteristics. Thus, train motor type generally use simple structure, good reliability, long life, virtually main- tenance-free asynchronous motor.
