摘    要:介绍一种柔性触觉传感器的采集系统的设计。采集分析系统由触觉传感器、加载试验台、数据采集系统、数据处理与性能分析系统、数据输出系统组成。在加载试验台上可以对触觉传感器进行三维力加载,数据采集系统将采集到的触觉传感器的模拟信号进行采样并将采样信号保存在数据文件中,数据处理与性能分析系统由主程序和数据处理与性能分析程序组成,主程序按顺序调用各个子模块并传送数据,数据处理与性能分析系统可对数据进行预处理和相关计算,以便得到传感器的性能参数。

Abstract:An acquisition and analyzing system for a new flexible three-dimension force sensor is introduced in this paper. This system consists of the flexible three-dimension force sensor, experiment bench for loading, data acquisition system, data processing and performance analyzing system, data output system. On the experiment bench, the 3-axis force sensor can be loaded. Data acquisition system samples the analog signals of the new flexible three-dimension force sensor and saves the sampling data in a file. Data processing and performance analyzing system consists of the main program and the data processing and performance analyzing program. The main program calls the program modules in sequence and transfers data. The data processing and performance analyzing system pre-processes and calculates the sampling data and also identifies the 3-axis force sensors'modal parameters.
