摘    要:文章建立了快速分析永磁无刷直流电动机齿槽转矩的数学模型,分析了多种抑制齿槽转矩的方法,并提出了一种有效降低永磁无刷直流电动机齿槽转矩的全新转子结构,给出了齿槽转矩的计算波形,比较了直槽直极和分瓣斜极两种转子结构下齿槽转矩的大小,验证了这种方法的有效性。

Abstract:In this paper,a fast analysis model of cogging torque in permanent magnet brushless DC(BLDC) motor is set up.The methods of reducing cogging torque are analyzed.A novel effective rotor structure is presented,which can reduce the cogging torque of BLDC motor.The computing waveforms of cogging torque are displayed.Finally,our method is validated by comparing the split-skew rotor presented in this paper with the normal straight slots rotor.
