| 摘 要： | 随着技术和经济条件的变化,创新的组织形式发生了重大改变,创新过程的主导者可能不再是制造商,而是参与创新的其他主体.本文从创新链理论出发,在对神华集团组织高端液压支架自主创新案例进行分析的基础上提出用户主导创新模式,并对其存在条件和特征进行了研究,该模式可能成为我国重大装备自主创新的有效途径.
