摘    要:论述了用先进的CCD光电接收技术,实现对空间三维物体的跟踪和非接触式测量的方法,设计出一套能自动连续测量工件的长度、宽度、厚度的高精度测量系统,论文详细地阐述了该仪器的各个组成部分的设计思想和具体实现方法。其主要内容包括CCD器件测量的原理,信号的获得及处理方法,控制系统、软件及步进电机的设计等。

Abstract:This paper focuses on the use of advanced technology CCD photoelectric receiving three-dimensional objects in space tracking and non-contact measurement method, design a set of automatic continuous measurement of the workpiece to the length, width, thickness of the high-precision measurement system . papers detail the various components of the apparatus of the design concepts and specific methods to achieve. Its main contents include the principle of CCD measurement devices, signal acquisition and processing methods, control system design, software design and stepper motor the design.
