可修复部件可用度计算的积分方程方法

摘    要:工程中所使用的部件并不总是指数分布的,对于服从任意分布的部件,针对可修复部件的可用度的计算模型,采用了逐次逼近方法,求解部件可用性指标的第二类Volterra积分方程,得到了部件的可用性指标的计算方法.通过实例说明,选取合适的步长,该方法可以大大提高计算速度.所提出的方法,便于工程实际应用.

Abstract:Engineering components are not all expressed by exponential distribution. In the model of repairable units, a calculation method of availability is obtained by solving second-class Volterra Integral Equation with the trial and error method for the component expressed any distribution. The results of a practical calculation indicate that the computing speed would be accelerated if the step length is appropriate. The presented method can be easily used in availability analysis for engineering components.
