| 摘 要： | 针对熔芯注射成型的工艺特点,提出复合熔芯注射成型的基本原理,介绍低熔点合金熔芯材料的选择以及复合熔芯的特点和结构设计准则;并应用于实际生产,取得良好效果。

| Abstract: | In this paper, basic principles of fusible core injection molding are introduced, choice of fusible core materials and speciality of compound fusible core are analyzed, and some principles of compound fusible core structure design are provided. The process is applied in practice, and very good resuk is obtained. |
