机床电动机智能保护技术的研究

摘    要:在详细分析电动机各种常规保护不足的基础上,提出采用16位高性能单片机SPCE061A对电动机实现智能型保护,保护功能完善,简单可靠,灵敏度高。并设计出了智能保护系统的硬件结构框图及软件框图。

Abstract:Based on the particular analysis of the deficiency of the general protection to motors,this article designs a system which adopts 16-bit microprocessor SPCE061A to protect motors intelligently.This intelligent system of protection has perfect function of protection,and it is more simple and reliable,more sensitive.The hardware and software figures of the protection system are provided.
