| 摘 要： | 主要研究了OPC技术在自动化控制设备和系统中的设计规范,利用其CLIENT/SERVER的通讯模式,设计并完成了基于S7-200PLC的工控设备的数据采集和上位机控制管理方案,分析和阐述了OPC技术在自动化领域的重要意义和发展前景,为中小型工控企业提供了相比于使用组态软件和开发硬件的驱动程序更加经济、高效、灵活的自动化设备数据采集和现场控制管理实现方案。

| Abstract: | This article studies the design specifications of OPC technology in the automation control equipment and system.using the CLIENT/SERVER mode of communication,Designed and completed the scheme which based on Siemens S7-200 PLC for industrial control equipment for data acquisition and management of PC control.Analyzed and elaborated the significance and prospects of OPC technology in the automation.To provide small and medium industrial enterprises more economical,efficient and flexible automation equipment,data acquisition and on-site control of realization of management than using configuration software and development of hardware configuration software drivers. |
