基于特征的凸轮测量与几何模型重构

当前,凸轮设计侧重于产生面向运动学分析的凸轮轮廓曲面,缺少对凸轮完整几何模型的构建.提出了一种由凸轮实物重构几何模型的设计方法,经特征分析、三坐标测量、数据处理、特征拟合和拼接等过程生成凸轮的CAD模型.该方法基于凸轮特征,重构的CAD模型既面向凸轮的设计,也面向凸轮的加工,应用广泛.以一盘形凸轮为例,阐述了该方法的实施过程.

Feature-based Measuring and Geometric Model Reconstructing of Cam
