摘    要:针对当前齿轮缺陷检测过程中存在的问题,提出了一种基于机器视觉的齿轮在线检测系统设计方案,实现了图像采集与显示、图像分析及运行控制等功能。该系统通过单片机控制模块负责上料设备和传送带运行,并利用光电开关触发高速摄像机实时采集齿轮图像;然后,工控机对采集的图像进行处理,得到齿轮的外观质量信息;最后,工控机将测量的NG和OK信号传送到单片机,驱动外部设备实现齿轮分拣和声光报警。实验表明,该方法具有较高的测量精度和测量效率,能够满足实际生产的需要,为齿轮在线测量提供了新的途径。

Abstract:In view of the problems existing in the defects detection for gear,a design scheme of the online detection system is proposed based on machine vision,and the functions such as image acquisition and display,image analysis and operation control are realized. The system controls the feeding equipment and the conveyor belt through the MCU control module,and using the photoelectric switch to trigger the high-speed camera to collect the image of the gear in real time. Then,by the industrial control machine preprocesses,the appearance quality information of the gear is obtained. Finally,the outputted signals of NG and OK are transmitted to the single chip computer to realize the sound-light alarm and sorting. Experiments show that the method has high accuracy and efficiency,and can meet the needs of actual production. It provides a new way for on-line measurement of gear.
