面接触形式下牵引油拖动特性的研究

摘    要:牵引传动是利用牵引油膜在传动接触区产生的剪切力来传递运动和动力的,所以油品本身牵引特性的高低直接影响牵引传动的牵引效率,因而对各种油品特性的研究也较多。在HZS-1型动压滑动轴承试验台上对8号液力传动油面接触形式下的拖动特性进行了实验研究,并运用Matlab软件对实验结果进行了处理,分析比较得出结论。

Abstract:The traction drive is making use of shearing stress that is formed by the traction oil film in contact area to transmit motion and power,so the quality of the oil's traction characteristic directly influence the efficiency of traction drive,and there are more researches on characteristics of various oil.The traction characteristic of transmission oil of No.8 under face-contact form is studied by using the test apparatus of HZS-1 hydrodynamic journal bearing.The experiment result is processed by using Matlab...
