| 摘 要： | 对一种基于二维CAD模型的齿轮辐板优化设计方法进行了研究.探讨了其优化数学模型的建立方法,包括设计变量的选择、目标函数的确定及约束条件的选取.讨论了模型的数据结构及有关参数的计算,开发了齿轮辐板优化设计通用计算程序.并对某直升机减速器中的一薄辐齿轮辐板进行了优化,有效地减轻了齿轮的重量,取得了良好的效果. |
