| 摘 要： | 在一重集团炼钢车间最新配备的自动储运上料系统中,以光纤环形网络作为上料系统的通讯平台,多模光纤作为数据传输的载体,使得整套自动化通讯系统具备较高的抗干扰能力和数据交换能力,实现物料的统一管理。实践证明,光纤环网技术在上料系统中的应用能降低生产成本、提高生产效率。

| Abstract: | For the latest feeding system with automatic storage and transportation mounted in steel making shop of CFHI. the fiber-optic ring network serves liar the communication platform of feeding system, the multimode optical fiber serves lot the carrier of data transmission, so the entire automation system has high anti-jamming communication capacity and data exchange capacity while the application of unified management of materials is realized, h is proven the application of fiber- optic network technology for lime feeding system can reduce the production cost and increase the productivity. |
