| 摘 要： | 从JB/T4730标准要求出发,对标准中关于焊缝超声检测技术等级的要求进行了阐述和解释,对标准中关于双面检测的要求进行了分析,根据实际经验提出以多种单面检测法代替双面检测的方案。用测试试块进行检测试验验证替代方案的可行性。

| Abstract: | According to JB/T4730 standard,sets forth and explains the requirements about the technical grade of ultrasonic test for welds in the standard,analyses the requirement of double sides test,provides the plan of substituting various single side test method for double test according to the actual experience.The test piece is used in the test for proving the practicability of this plan. |
