基于典型工艺的相似工艺路线检索方法

为了解决从工艺数据中获取工艺知识的问题,提出了基于典型工艺路线检索相似工艺路线的方法。在该方法中,采用了更细致的工序编码方案,提出了多维工艺路线最长公共子序列检索算法,以更准确地度量工艺路线间的相似性。在典型工艺路线聚类分组的基础上,过滤不相关工艺路线,然后检索出相似工艺路线。最后通过实例验证了该方法的有效性。

Methods of Similar Process Route Retrieval Based on Typical Process

To solve the problem of obtaining process knowledge from the process date ,this paper proposed a method of searching similar process route based on typical process routs .In this method ,a more detailed operation order coding scheme was used ,a multi-dimensional process route longest common subsequence retrieval algorithm was presented in order to calculate the similarity between the process routs effectively .Thus based on typical process routs ,the irrelevant process routs were filtered out ,and the similar process routs were searched .Finally the effectiveness of the method was verified through a case study .
