液压先导锥阀开启特性的仿真分析

摘    要:液压先导锥阀是液压驱动系统的最基本控制部件,其开启特性的优劣直接影响系统的品质。在对先导锥阀的结构及工作原理分析的基础上.建立了其等效单自由度振动模型,并借助MATLAB仿真出在不同参数下锥阀芯开口程度随时间的变化规律曲线。通过对曲线的比较,从中得出针对不同的功能要求设计锥阀的依据。

Abstract:The cone valve is the most basic control unit in hydraulic systems.Its opening character will directly influence the system quality.Based on analysis of the structure and working principle of hydraulic cone valve,this paper has established its equivalent vibration model,and draws the figures by MATLAB on the different parameters.From the results,a conclusion that the hydraulic cone valve should be designed in view of the different function requirement can be drawn.
