| 摘 要： | 以纺织机械行业的龙筋生产自动线为例,采用级式语言编程实现了对多工位工业自动化生产线的控制,并对该控制系统的功能、硬件组成、软件流程图及调试过程都作了具体的分析。该控制系统具有易编程、易修改、易调试的特点;系统自运行以来稳定、可靠,达到了设计要求。

| Abstract: | Taking the spindle rail automation line of textile machinery industry as example,this paper gives an introduction to using stage-language programming to control the multi-station automatic production line.The characteristic of the program is that it is easy to compile,correct and adjust.Also there is a specific analysis about the function of the controlling system,hardware components,software flow chart and the debugging procedure of this program.And it is stable and reliable,can meet the requirement of design. |
