| 摘 要： | 简要描述了车牌识别系统的总体结构,并在研究了经典图像分割和定位算法后,提出了一种简单实用的车牌定位算法,即“基于统计边缘跳变次数的车牌定位算法”。实验结果表明,该算法在应用仿真中取得了良好的效果。

| Abstract: | The paper introduces the structure of the license plate recognition system and presents a simple and useful algorithm of license plate location named counting changing times of edge after the study on classic image segment and location algorithm.The results show that this algorithm bears good performance in the simulation of application. |
