复合材料的多界面脱粘检测技术的研究

摘    要:分析了多界面脱粘检测技术的优缺点,如超声检测、X射线检测及X射线CT检测等。并以壳体构件为研究对象,提出了能够检测壳体构件多界面脱粘的“横波检测技术”原理,对不同厚度构件的壳体/绝热层、绝热层/衬层和衬层/推进剂3个界面进行了实际检测,并给出了脱粘检测结果。

Abstract:The advantages and disadvantages of the non-destructive testing methods of the debond in the multilayered adhesive interface were discussed,including ultrasonic testing,X-ray detection and X-ray CT detection.Taking shell components as studied object,this paper proposed S-wave detection technology to detect multiple shell components interfacial debonding.The interfaces of shell/insulation,insulation/lining and lining/propellant of the actual specimen were tested,and the debonding test results were given.
