| 摘 要： | 2008年初，由美国次贷危机引发的全球国际金融危机严重影响到全球经济的发展，我国外贸出口大幅下跌，面临风险，如何度过难关是当前出口企业面临的重大课题。文章从金融危机对我国出口贸易额和出口商品结构的影响入手，分析了金融危机给出口企业带来的经营风险，提出了企业有效地抵御风险的措施。
