| 摘 要： | 风险管理是汽车零部件企业经营管理的一个部分,通过前瞻性的分析和预测,建立必要的应对突发事件的策略,以保证企业减少和减轻突发事件的影响。介绍风险管理的一般原则和方法,并通过两个方面的实例分析,介绍了企业实施风险管理应面对的问题。

| Abstract: | Risk management is a part of the company management.Through forward-looking analysis and forecasting, the necessary strategies are established to respond to emergencies to ensure the companies to reduce and mitigate the impact of unexpected events. This article describes the general principles of risk management and methods, and through analysis of two instances, describes the problem relate to application of enterprise risk management. |
