面向网络化制造的资源可拓综合评价方法

摘    要:网络化制造环境下,制造资源的评价和选择是实现资源优化配置的关键技术.首先建立了制造资源综合评价的参考体系,然后给出了形式化的制造资源综合评价物元模型.在此基础上,运用可拓学理论与方法,通过计算关联度、合格度和优度,对制造资源进行了综合评价.最后,通过零件制造应用实例,验证了该方法的合理性与有效性.

Abstract:The evaluating and selecting of manufacturing resource is the pivotal technology to realize resource optimization deployment under the networked manufacturing environment.In this paper,firstly,a manufacturing resource comprehensive evaluation system was defined.Then,a formalized expression of manufacturing resource evaluation problem in the Matter Element Model was presented. Furthermore,a comprehensive evaluation approach based on Extension Theory was proposed in detail.It adopted the Optimal Degree evaluation method from the Extension Theory, which extended Cantor Set Theory and Fuzzy Set Theory in the semantics. Finally, an application example of evaluating several machine equip-ments for a real part manufacturing task was discussed to illustrate and validate the rationality and validity of the extensive comprehensive evaluation approach for resource selection.
