摘    要:在产品方案设计阶段,明确用户群及其需求重要度关系到产品设计目标特性的质量。提出一种根据用户基本特征进行用户群划分,应用粗糙数排序筛选用户群的基本需求,对每个用户群按职业再进行用户子群划分,应用信息熵处理方法计算各用户子群的权值、用户群各项基本需求的重要度。该方法能有效的减小用户需求信息调查的模糊数值矩阵的阶数,能使产品设计者更准确的获取用户群及其需求信息。通过案例说明了其应用过程。

Abstract:In product Scheme design phase,understanding the importance degree of customer groups and their requirements is related to the quality of product design target characteristics.This study proposes a method,on which we can divide the customer groups according to the customer basic features;screen the basic requirements of customer with rough number ordering;separate each customer group through their profession into customer subgroups;use the information entropy method to calculate the weights of each subgroup and the importance degree of customer groups with their basic demands.This method can effectively reduce the order number of fuzzy numerical matrix in the customer requirements information investigation and help the product designers to obtain the customer groups and their demand information more accurately.The application process is illustrated by cases study.
