基于AMESim的船用液力偶合器充排油液压控制系统

摘    要:基于功能强大的实用仿真软件AMESim,对船用液力偶合器的充排油液压控制系统进行了研究,具体建立了船用液力偶合器液压控制系统的仿真模型,并针对10种工况进行了系统输出油量的仿真分析与计算,仿真结果与试验结果的对比表明,两者基本吻合,也验证所建立的仿真模型是基本正确的,进而为今后深入研究船用液力偶合器充排油液压控制系统的特性和设计新的系统提供了借鉴。

Abstract:AMESim is a practical simulation software with strong function.In this paper,AMESim software is used for the simulation analysis of oil charge and discharge control system of marine fluid coupling,with which the simulation model of above mentioned control system is built.Meanwhile the output quantities of oil are analyzed and calculated through the simulation model.The results of both the simulation and experiment are identical basically,which proves that the simulation model is proper on the whole.Finally ...
