自调角冷却风机叶片与驱动装置受力分析

摘    要:提出一种新型工程机械发动机自动调角节能冷却风机的设计思路,阐述了以发动机冷却液温度控制自调角冷却风机叶片角度的原理,给出了以孤单翼理论和等环量设计计算的冷却风机设计尺寸。应用等环量计算法,对风机叶片进行强度校核,以5°为变化幅度改变安装角数据,计算叶片的受力变化,得到了驱动力随自调角冷却风机叶片角度的变化曲线,为驱动装置的设计和强度校核提供数据依据。

Abstract:This paper proposed a new design idea of energy-saving cooling fan with automatic angle adjusting for engine used in engineering machinery,and expounded the principle of self angle adjusting cooling fan which can change its blade angles by using the engine coolant temperature.The design dimensions of cooling fan based on the single wing theory and the constant circulation design were given in the paper.The strength of the blades was checked using constant circulation design method,the force changing on the blades was calculated for every 5 degree increment as the blade installation angle was changed,and the curve between the driving force and the blade installation angle of the cooling fan was obtained,which provided the data basis for the design and the strength check of the driving device.
