摘    要:建立了具有时变啮合刚度的二级齿轮系统的动力学方程式。用算符分解算法(AOM)研究了齿轮啮合误差和时变啮合刚度对拍击门槛转速的影响。结果表明,时变啮合刚度和齿面误差可以导致拍击;齿轮啮合频率、或者齿面误差频率等于派生系统的固有频率引起的共振是产生拍击的原因之一;低速端的齿面误差对系统拍击门槛转速影响较小,而高速端的齿面误差对拍击门槛转速影响较大;齿面误差对拍击门槛转速的影响不仅与自身的变化频率、幅值大小有关,更重要的是与时变频率及其组合频率有关。

Abstract:The governing equation of a gear system with time-varying meshing stiffness is established. Because of the meshing stiffness of a gear pair, the governing equation denotes a linear dynamic system with periodic time-varying coefficient. A-operator method(AOM)is used to study the influence of errors of a gear pair and time-varying meshing stiffness on rattling threshold speed of the gear system. It is found that time-varying meshing stiffness and errors of a gear pair may cause rattle. One of the rattle reason is the resonance caused by meshing frequency and errors frequency, when they are e-qual to the natural frequency of the derived system. The errors of a gear pair on the higher speed shaft influences the rattling threshold speed more greatly than on the lower speed shaft;Threshold rattling speed not only depends upon the frequency and amplitude of the errors of a gear pair, but also time-varying meshing stiffness and their combination frequency.
