摘    要:本文对叶酸的化学结构、理化特性、来源、吸收、需要量等作了介绍,同时对叶酸的提取工艺与检测方法作了详细说明、并展望叶酸的应用前景。

Abstract:This paper firstiy introduced the chemical structure, physical and chemical property, source, assimilation and requisite quantity of folic acid; then the extracting technology and delection methods of folic acid were showed briefly; and the application of folic acid was discussed at length; a simple prospect of the research about foile acid was given at last.
