维纶伴纺罗布麻织物抑菌及抗静电性能研究

摘    要:为了研究高混纺比罗布麻织物的抑菌性及抗静电性能,将60%罗布麻纤维+20%水溶性维纶纤维+20%长绒棉进行混纺,并上机编织成织物后,经煮练、漂白、去除维纶纤维获得较高比例的罗布麻面料。对面料进行抗菌性检测,得出罗布麻面料对大肠杆菌的抑菌率为92.07%,对白色念珠菌的抑菌率为92.00%;同时对面料的静电压半衰期进行检测,得出静电压半衰期为0.2 s。结果表明:高比例的罗布麻织物具有良好的抑菌性及优异的抗静电性能。

Abstract:In order to study the anti-bacterial and anti-static properties of high blended ratio apocynum fabric,this paper uses the blended yarn of 60% apocynum fiber,20% water-soluble vinylon fiber and 20% long-staple cotton fiber to knit a fabric,then applies scouring and bleaching processes to remove the vinylon fiber and thus obtains the fabric with a high percentage of apocynum fiber.The anti-bacterial and anti-static testing results show that the developed fabric bears excellent anti-bacterial and anti-static properties.
