核桃青皮中单宁的类型及含量测定

摘    要:通过定性试验得出核桃青皮中单宁类型为水解类。以Zn2+络合法测定普通核桃青皮和美国黑核桃青皮中单宁含量分别为19.24%和29.08%,经试验对比发现,不同干燥方式(阴干、晒干、60℃烘干)对核桃青皮中单宁含量影响较大。

Abstract:The type of tannin from walnut green husk was defined as the hydrolysable tannin through the performance experiment.The contents of tannin from ordinary walnut green husk and American black walnut green husk were 19.24% and 29.08%,respectively through the determination with Zn2+complexometry.It was found that different drying methods(dry in the sun,dry in the shade,dry at 60 ℃) have great influence on the content of tannin by the contrast experiment.
