甘薯糖蛋白分离纯化工艺研究

摘    要:该文报道对甘薯活性成分糖蛋白提取纯化工艺研究;结果表明,甘薯糖蛋白提纯最佳条件为:室温条件下水浸提,料液体积比为1:6,提取时间为1h,提取次数3次,上清液加无水乙醇沉淀,透析3 d,经DEAE-52柱层析,再进一步经Sephadex G-100柱层析,经定性、定量分析得到甘薯糖蛋白纯品,这是一种可行的甘薯糖蛋白提纯生产方法。

Abstract:The extraction technology of SPG from sweet potato were studied in this paper. The results showed that the procedure was optimal to extract SPG in room temperature used water as solvents, raw material and water ratio is 1:6, extracting time is 1 hour and extracting times are 3. SPG was precipitated by alcohol and dialyzed 3 days, by using DEAE-52 and Sephadex G-100 gel chromatogram, and by qualitative analysis methods. The process was showed to be a feasible way to extract SPG from sweet potato.
