蜂胶总黄酮半仿生提取工艺研究

摘    要:对蜂胶总黄酮半仿生法提取工艺进行研究,以总黄酮提取量为考察指标,考察提取温度、提取时间、料液比对总黄酮提取量影响。在单因素试验和正交试验基础上,得到半仿生法提取最佳工艺为:提取温度70℃、提取时间50min、料液比1:30(g/mL);在此条件下,蜂胶中总黄酮提取量为25.08mg/g。

Abstract:In this paper,the extraction of total flavones from propolis was studied.Experiments were made by using orthogonal design with extraction yield of total flavonoids as the index,investigating the influence of extracting temperature,extract time and the ratio of solid to liquid.The optimum process based on the single factor and orthogonal test was as the following:the temperature was 70℃,the time was 50 min,the rate of material to solvent was 1:30(g/mL).the extraction yield of total flavonoids from propolis is 25.08 mg/g at the optimum parameters.
