Experience of Applying Intelligent Yarn Tube

In order to improve the spinning quality,the performance advantages of intelligent yarn tube are introduced and its application technology is explored.The operation points of intelligent yarn tube and the measures to deal with the problems during the quality inspection are described in detail from the operation condition of night shift and day shift in the spinning workshop.The production practice shows that:after the application of intelligent yarn tubes,the defect yarn can be significantly reduced and the second-grade yarn can be reduced from 0.08%to 0.04%.Spinning frame and spinning accessories manufacturing enterprises should actively research and develop automatic and intelligent spinning equipments and accessories,and textile enterprises actively introduce intelligent spinning equipments and accessories and do a good job in application and management,so as to improve spinning quality and market competitiveness.
